If an order of this kind can reasonably be suspected, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities. Raynogues.com will do its best to meet all its customers' demand for products. However, all product orders are subject to a production time, as they are handmade items. Delivery of products<\/h5>

Raynogues.com undertakes to deliver the order in perfect condition (consisting of the products listed in the Shipping Confirmation email) to the delivery address you indicate on the order form, within the time stated on the website for the chosen shipping method, unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise.<\/p>

For the purposes of these Terms, \u201cdelivery\u201d will be deemed to have taken place, or the product(s) to have been \u201cdelivered\u201d, when you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the products, as evidenced by signing for the order at the agreed delivery address.<\/p>

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will let you know and give you the option of continuing with the purchase with a new delivery date. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.<\/p>

You may ask for the items to be delivered to a different address and to a different person from the one placing the order. We ship to every country in the world, with no exceptions. To make delivery easier, please give an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.<\/p>

Shipping is free on every order and to any country in the world, with no minimum spend: no shipping costs are added to the product price.<\/p>

Raynogues.com reserves the right to change the type of shipping and the carrier used, regardless of what is stated on these pages, provided this does not clearly harm the customer.<\/p>

If a product is not currently in stock in our workshop, shipping may be delayed. You will always be informed of this when you place your order, and the delivery time for the product will be shown on its product page.<\/p>

Failed delivery<\/h5>

Goods will be delivered to the address you specify. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice explaining how to arrange a new delivery. The carrier will usually also contact you by phone.<\/p>

Raynogues.com will give the customer all the details of the shipment, i.e. the tracking number and the carrier delivering it, so that you can contact them and know where your order is at all times.<\/p>

If 15 days after your order becomes available for delivery it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it terminated. As a result, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which we consider the contract terminated. All Ray Nogu\u00e9s prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21% on the mainland, or IGIC at 6.5% in the Canary Islands, applicable on the date of the order. Shipping is free: no shipping or handling costs are added to the total amount. For orders delivered outside the European Union, a surcharge for the destination country's import duties, taxes and customs fees is added at checkout. Ray Nogu\u00e9s prepays these to the carrier so that the customer has nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. The exact amount is shown in the cart before payment. Published prices and offers are valid except for typographical errors, the end of a promotion, stock shortages or technical issues.<\/p>

Raynogues.com reserves the right to change products, promotions, commercial conditions and prices at any time without prior notice to the customer. Products must be paid for in advance by PayPal or credit\/debit card.<\/p>

Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, they will be added to your basket and the next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do this, follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested at each step. During the purchase process, before paying, you can change the details of your order. If you are a registered user, you can see details of all your orders in the My Account section.<\/p>

By clicking \u201cConfirm and pay\u201d you confirm that the credit card is yours or that you are its legitimate holder.<\/p>

To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer; if the issuer does not authorise the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you.<\/p>

Raynogues.com reserves the right to change the payment methods, adding new ones or removing existing ones, without the user\/customer of raynogues.com being entitled to make any claim for this reason. However, if a change in payment method affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer to inform them of the change and offer them the option of cancelling the order if they wish.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/h5>

Users have the right to withdraw from purchases made through the website www.raynogues.com and may return the product if they are not satisfied within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Ray Nogues, C\/. San Carlos, 66, 46470 Albal, Valencia \u2013 Spain, or write to us through our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email through the form). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the deadline (14 calendar days) expires.<\/p>

Effects of withdrawal:<\/h5>

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, provided we have received the goods or products concerned. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.<\/p>

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.<\/p>

You must send the goods back to Ray Nogu\u00e9s \/ C\/. San Carlos, 66, 46470 Albal, Valencia \u2013 Spain without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period has expired. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.<\/p>

You will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>

How we determine any reduction in the value of the goods<\/h5>

To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you should handle and inspect them (i) with due care and (ii) in the same way you would in a shop. Any excessive handling or inspection may reduce the value of the goods, in which case we will be entitled to make the corresponding deduction when refunding your payment. We will assess any reduction in value on a case-by-case basis. You may open the packaging and inspect the materials and colours of the goods with due care, provided the box is opened without being broken. If the box is broken, we will consider that the value of the goods has been reduced. Please remember that while the goods are in your possession and until you return them to us, you are responsible for them and for any damage that occurs to them.<\/p>
